On 7 June 2021 Herefordshire Council accepted the Linton(South) Neighbourhood Development Plan under 38A(4)(a) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The Bromsash, Gorsley and Linton Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire Council.
